The Bedford Guest House of Weymouth is a delightful Georgian home built in 1795 during the reign of King George III who had a deep love of the town and it's splendid beach and Georgian seafront promenade. Chris and Brian, the proprietors, guarantee a warm welcome and prefer to treat their guests as friends visiting their home.  A fact emphasised and enjoyed by the many repeat visitors and flow of new guests over the years.

The Bedford Guest House is comfortably and pleasantly furnished with a superb seafront location over looking Weymouth's award winning safe, sandy family beach. The guest house offers beautiful views across the Jurassic World Heritage Coast, glorious beach, Georgian seafront and the historic harbour. Located closeby are Weymouth's Pavilion Theatre , shopping centre and the Condor Ferry with regular sailings to France and the Channel Islands.

Chris & Brian's humour at times is traditionally "Faulty Towers" but the Bedford is far from "Faulty!"   It is renown for comfort and good value with Guests  the world over. Tastefully decorated throughout, all rooms are en-suite, comfortably furnished, have their own T. V. drink making facilities and of course central heating. There is also a  quiet lounge available for your extra comfort.

Our tariffs are inclusive of a full English breakfast, vegetarian and special diets are happily catered for. Our guests/friends are safe in the knowledge that there are no hidden charges. DOUBLE EN-SUITES FROM £28.00 PER PERSON NIGHTLY AND SINGLE EN-SUITES FROM £32.00 PER NIGHT. The "Bedford" has also been awarded a GOLD standard for food and hygiene.

The "Bedford's" location is central to the town of Weymouth and offers easy access to a variety of restaurants, cafes, bistros, and bars  the town has to offer,  giving you total flexibility throughout your holiday!
